Hi, I’m Genesis <3 I’m a licensed cosmetologist with over 4 years of experience in the beauty industry. I truly love what I do and, most importantly, I love meeting new people and building genuine relationships with each of my clients. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can feel confident, relaxed, and trust that you’re in good hands. CANCELLATION POLICY
While I understand that unexpected events occur, late cancellations or missed appointments affect the flow of business and other clients’ opportunities. As a small business owner, I kindly ask that you review the policy below to ensure we’re all on the same page No-Call / No-Show: I offer a 10 min grace period, Out of respect for my time and other clients, missed appointments without notice are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Communication is key—please notify me as soon as possible to avoid penalties and ensure continued service. Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
